You can fill out the application form, then print it, or print the form and then fill it out in pen. However,
the form must be mailed to the address listed and all documents requested must be attached when form
is submitted.
All information is confidential and will be reviewed only by representatives of Clayre's Pool Fence Fund
and other necessary parties.
If you wish to apply, please review the following guidelines:
Items needed to apply:
Clayre’s Pool Fence Fund will be using the current U S Government Poverty Level Guidelines to
determine qualifications for installation of safety fences and/or other accessories. If you do not qualify
for free fencing, you can still obtain discounts from fencing providers which are listed on the hardware
section of this website. You can also use this discount to upgrade fencing and safety latches.
Once applications are submitted, they will be verified for completeness and accuracy. The funding for
FREE fencing will be entirely dependent on the donations available at that time. Our fencing partner will
then contact the qualified families and set up estimate times and dates. Once the estimates are
completed, the fences will be installed to those qualified pools.
TO DONATE: Please use the following link to SAFE KIDS of CLARK COUNTY. Please indicate that you
are donating to Clayre’s Pool Fence Fund in the MEMO area online. The website is set up to accept
donations via Pay Pal through the SAFE KIDS website. You do NOT have to subscribe to Pay Pal in
order to donate. Credit cards accepted include MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover
Card. Funds will be used to pay for the materials and installation of the fences and safety hardware.

- A copy of your latest mortgage statement, tax bill, or deed to provide proof of ownership of
residence. (renters are not eligible for fencing). - Copies of Birth certificate(s) to certify that your child(ren) are under the age of 5
- Previous or current year tax return (in lieu of birth certificates)
- A doctor’s letter, indicating current pregnancy (if using pregnancy to qualify)
- Last 2 months pay stubs. Which includes a statement of the deductions claimed. This will qualify
as proof of income level.
